RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

No money or credit card refunds are allowed.

White Items Are Final Sale.
One Size Items Are Final Sale.

Please send us a text message to 321-387-0947 with your exchange
request to be approved. We reserve the right to deny any return

without a reasonable reason.

Exchanges without approving will be return to the sender.
Store credit will be granted within 3 days since the merchandise
arrives at your box. All Credits are valid for 30 days.
If the order is for Store Pick-Up, you will have 5 days since the

purchase to return it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it (no stains of deodorant, make up,

perfume etc.)

Original tags are required for the returns.
We are not responsible for any lost shipments.

Swimwear, bodysuits, white clothing, accessories, One Size and Sale

Items are final sale, and they cannot be returned.

Customer will be responsible for all returning shipping costs. Your
online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your NEW PURCHASE.  Any

remaining balance is NOT carried over. 

Merchandise obtained with a store credit cannot be exchanged and

will be considered a final sale.  

All orders properly dispatched, will have a cancellation fee of 50% of

the purchase. 

Holiday season purchases will be Final Sale. (November 1 -January 6)

Shipping

Please give us 24 hours to process your order.
All Orders over $100 are Free Shipping.
If not, your Flat Rate is $8.00 for PR and US.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will start processing

on Monday.

Puerto Rico Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 days after

being shipped out.

US Orders: You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days after being

shipped out.

Please notice that Glam It Up Boutique is not responsible for packages that

are delayed, lost or stolen due to USPS.

If the customer enters their address incorrectly, Glam It up boutique will not
refund the shipping cost. The customer is responsible to cover the cost once

the package arrives again to be re-send.

like: Christmas, Black Friday or Cyber Monday. *
